Luhan De Wet – Rising Star in Micro MAX
Luhan has been one of the standout performers this season, showcasing exceptional pace and consistency in the Micro MAX class. His sharp racecraft and determination have put him firmly at the top of the standings, making him a frontrunner for his first national Rotax title.
If crowned South African Micro MAX Champion, Luhan will earn the opportunity to represent South Africa at the 2025 Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals, widely regarded as the “Olympics of Karting”, where he would compete against the world’s best.
Alonzo de Oliviera – Dominance in Bambino Class
In the Bambino class, Alonzo has been equally impressive, delivering podiums and crucial wins that have propelled him to the top of the national standings. His precision, composure, and natural pace have made him one of the most exciting prospects to watch this season.
While the national Bambino champion cannot compete at the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals, they are awarded a ticket to attend the event as a spectator, allowing Alonzo to experience karting at the very highest level should he claim the title.
Caleb Odendaal – Junior MAX African Open Champion
The third Motorsport Fanatix™ ambassador, Caleb Odendaal, has already secured his place on the international stage after clinching the Junior MAX African Open title earlier this season. This victory earned him a ticket to the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals, where he will proudly represent Team South Africa for a third time against the world’s elite.
