Tyler Robinson Eyes Strong Finish at Zwartkops Polo Cup Finale

As the curtain falls on the 2025 Astron Energy Polo Cup season, Tyler Robinson is determined to end her year on a high note when the championship reaches its conclusion at Zwartkops Raceway this weekend.

Already a race winner this season, having made history earlier in the year at Kyalami by becoming only the second female to win a Polo Cup race, Tyler heads into the finale firmly in contention for a top-three finish in the overall standings. Currently sixth in the points, she remains within striking distance of the leading pack after a season marked by consistent pace, resilience, and standout performances.

“Zwartkops is one of my favourite tracks,” said Tyler ahead of the weekend. “It’s tight, fast, and really rewards precise driving. We’ve had some ups and downs this year, but I’m proud of how far we’ve come. The goal is simple; end the season with another strong result and push for the top three in the championship.”

Competing under the Universal Racing banner and supported by AF Fans and Freem, Tyler has shown impressive growth throughout the 2025 campaign. Her historic Kyalami victory and consistent front-running form have established her as one of the standout performers in this year’s field and arguably South Africa's leading female driver.

The Zwartkops finale, forming part of the National Extreme Festival presented by Coca-Cola, promises another weekend of close and unpredictable racing. With the championship battle finely poised, Tyler will look to channel her determination and experience to cap off a breakthrough season in style.
